Error from GCC

Hi,
I am getting the following error while running the following GCC line:
c:\gcc\m6811-elf\bin\gcc -m68hc12 -c -oOBJ\version.o
\infrastructure\version\version.c
The error is:
cc1.exe: Cannot allocate 4294967290 bytes
Please advise.
