I am running Cygwin 1.3.6 on windows 2000 sp3
I successfully compiled gcc 3.0.2 on this platform using
a vanilla "configure", "make bootstrap", and "make install".
Now I am trying to compile a simple Test.java, and
it doesn't work:
$ gcc Test.java
Test.java:0: Can't find default package `java.lang'. Check the CLASSPATH
environment variable and the access to the archives.
Test.java:0: confused by earlier errors, bailing out
i checked for the existence of libgcj.jar on my machine, and it
is not there, and i think this is the problem
