Building cross gcc, libc, multilibs -- 3.0.x

Heyho!

Is there a document describing how to build a cross gcc 3.0.2 with some
external libc (uClibc in my case), so that multilibs are built and used
correctly?

I have a build script (coming from the uclinux side) that does this with
gcc-2.95.3 for arm-elf target. The same does not quite work with
gcc-3.0.2 - it builds ok, but libc multilibs are not used (it always
uses the default libc.a, ignoring the presence of the multilib
directories).
