I believe you might get better help at some Cygwin- or Mingw-specific
forum. DLL creating is quite an alien subject to GCC, since it's
mostly a linker issue, and DLLs are a Windows-specific concept (the
way Windows implements shared libraries, not the concept of shared
libraries).
