Hi,
I'm trying to install the GNU Compiler tool binaries on a HPUX11.0 server.
I mounted the CDROM by typing
mount -F cdfs /dev/dsk/c0t2d0 /cdrom
I'm trying to copy the files from the CD-ROM to the hard disk./
I set the shell variables then typed.
/cdrom/CLLNDIR.';'1 --copy /cdrom/$sys$gnu $gnu
It comes back
/cdrom exists but it doesn't seem to be a CD-ROM file system since there's no TRANS.TBL file in that directory.
Any help will be appreciated. I just want to run the gcc compiler so any
Instructions on copying the executables will suffice.
