	(clean, distclean): Don't mention bootstrap stuff.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* ada/config-lang.in, cp/config-lang.in, forttran/config-lang.in,
	java/config-lang.in, objc/config-lang.in, objcp/config-lang.in,
	treelang/config-lang.in (stagestuff): Remove.
	* doc/sourcebuild.texi (stage1, stage2, stage3, stage4,
	stageprofile, stagefeedback, stagestuff): Remove mention.
