PR c++/26151
* parser.c (cp_parser_decl_specifier_seq): Check for duplicate
decl-specifiers. Remove extra check for duplicate 'friend'.
* decl.c (grokdeclarator): Remove check for duplicate
decl-specifiers. Set longlong together with long_p.
