* config/arm/elf.h (SUBTARGET_EXTRA_SPECS): Add
subtarget_asm_float_spec.
(SUBTARGET_ASM_FLOAT_SPEC): Define, moving the
defaults from...
(ASM_SPEC): ...here. Use subtarget_asm_float_spec.
