I really don't see anything we can do here without more information.
As Richi noted, the assembly codes don't include
Chi2MeasurementEstimator::estimate.
There's no runnable testcase.
The included .s files aren't particularly useful.
I'm going to keep this open for now, but we really need David to engage here so
that we can dig into the issue. If we can't get more information from David,
we'll have to close with insufficient data.
