example source code that triggers segfault

Hi gcc-team,

the attached source code compiles, but will terminate with a segfault when
executed.

> g++-7 -std=gnu++1z -Wall -Wextra bug_gcc_tuple_of_variant_in_pack_expansion.cpp
> ./a.out
