There is an error for this:
cp_parser_parenthesized_expression_list
calls
if (!cp_parser_require (parser, CPP_CLOSE_PAREN, RT_CLOSE_PAREN))
but apparently this happens in a tentative parse and so the error is queued
rather than emitted right away and then not emitted at all.
