current code has
int
support_fpu_trap (int flag)
{
return support_fpu_flag (flag);
}
In other words, it assumes that if there is a flag for noting that an exception
has occurred, then it is also possible to trap on that flag being changed.
That's not a valid assumption for AArch64.
