[Bug c++/66639] Feature request C++: mark __func__ , __FUNCTION__ & __PRETTY_FUNCTION__ as constexpr

https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=66639

Martin Sebor <msebor at gcc dot gnu.org> changed:

           What |Removed |Added
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
                 CC| |msebor at gcc dot gnu.org

See also pr66561.

It might make sense to propose making __func__ constexpr as an enhancement or
even an unintended omission to WG21 (assuming making it constexpr doesn't break
anything).
