On Linux/x86-64, 481.wrf in SPEC CPU 2006 is compiled into an infinite
loop with
gfortran -O3 -funroll-loops -ffast-math -DSPEC_CPU_LINUX
-DSPEC_CPU_CASE_FLAG -DSPEC_CPU_LOGICAL_STRICT -frecord-marker=4
r224506 is good and r224712 is bad.
