Patch to fixup gcc float conversions in GCC
This changes the float conversions in gcc so that gcc bootstraps if float
conversions are warned about with -Wextra. Splitting the patch was requested
on gcc-patches.
(Note to self: patches were created with
svn diff --diff-cmd diff -x -up
)
