Because of this:
#define kLowShadowBeg SHADOW_OFFSET
#define kLowShadowEnd MEM_TO_SHADOW(kLowMemEnd)
If we leave kLowShadowEnd as before, we will have too little shadow for the 44
bit address space.
Maybe it's still better to make kHighMemEnd dynamic...
