This change must be within TL10 too. I'm at
5300-10-05-1036
and have the same issue. There are three APARs that came out in 5.3 TL10 SP02
that hit bind: IZ69311, IZ69515, and IZ70028. One APAR in SP03: IZ73713. And
one in SP04: IZ82696.
