[Bug target/47324] r157762 caused g++.dg/torture/stackalign failures with -O3 -g at -m32 on darwin

I can test on powerpc-darwin (so far, looks OK) 
-- but I don't have a ppc-linux install - and I assume that this would affect
all rs6000 targets.
