Still reproducible with 4.5.0. For example:
../gcc-4.5.0/configure --target=i686-pc-mingw32 --enable-languages=c
--program-prefix=i686-pc-mingw32- --program-suffix=-4.5.0
--enable-version-specific-runtime-libs
