Joaquin, I'm trying to investigate this in some detail, and I think it would be
good if the LWG knew also about this performance issue with begin(), besides
579, I cannot find anywhere a discussion about constant begin() vs linear
begin() and I'm afraid other implementors may not have noticed it. Can you send
a message to the reflector?
