[Bug fortran/38733] New: non pure function in forall


this should fail to compile 

INTEGER :: st1,i,a(10)
st1(i)=F1(I)
FORALL(i=1:10) a(i)=st1(i)
write(6,*)a
CONTAINS
INTEGER FUNCTION F1(I)
 INTEGER, INTENT(IN) :: I
 F1=I*I*I
END FUNCTION F1
END
