Subject: [Bug bootstrap/34924] New: gcc/configure doesn't process 'as' version correctly

The gcc/configure script fails because GNU 'as -v' now returns "GNU assembler
(GNU Binutils) 2.18".  The sed command in line 10580 needs to be modified.
