[Bug fortran/32678] New: GFortan works incorrectly when writing with FORMAT Tx

GFortran writes unpredictable char when it is used modificaters Tx in FORMAT
and the first position 'x' is less then current position and the second
position 'x' is greater then the maximum previously position.

          write (*,10) '12','a','b'
 10     format (a2,t1,a1,t2,a1,t20,' ')

This bug is reproduced in GFortan 4.1.2

Fail case has invisible char with code 0 after 'ab'. You can see this char with
hexdump or VIM for example.
