If one configures with --disable-boostrap --enable-languages=c and then builds
with make bootstrap but doesn't have ada installed, the build fails. The
problem is that gcc/configure unconditionally adds ada to the stage 1 languages
BOOT_LANGUAGES, even though --enable-languages=c is used.
In non--disable-boostrap builds I think this was fixed by the patch in:
http://gcc.gnu.org/PR24252
(that was incorrectly attached to the wrong PR, but the patch is the one that
seems to cause it to work).
