Humpf... Freeze_Enumeration_Type has this big comment:

      --  Now we build the function that converts representation values to
      --  position values. This function has the form:

      --         when enum-lit'Enum_Rep => return posval;

      --  Note: the F parameter determines whether the others case (no valid
