The patch that Lee checked in removed checks for extra_warnings before the
calls to warnings with OPT_Wextra in typeck.c and class.c. If those checks are
restored then the five test cases listed in this PR and in 26114 pass. There's
still a bug that Lee's code exposed, but putting the conditions back will let
the tests pass again. Sorry, I don't have a fully-tested patch and am about to
be out of touch for over a week.
