You did not follow directions.

- You must tell the configure script that you use GNU binutils and not the Sun tools. See http://gcc.gnu.org/install/configure.html - You don't follow the Solaris-specific instructions to build GCC. See http://gcc.gnu.org/install/specific.html#sparc-sun-solaris2*
