[Bug c/25559] New: Internal compiler error when specifying vector_size(2)

I have found this bug when playing a bit with the vector_size attribute. To
reproduce just compile the attached program with

gcc  -march=pentium4 runsimd.c

Result:
runsimd.c:1: internal compiler error: in round_up, at fold-const.c:11606
