Take the following example:
@interface A
+(void)C:b {}
@end
@implementation A
+(void)C:b
{
*b;
}
@end

With 4.1, we get currently get:
t.m:2: error: expected ';' before '{' token
But that means we don't get the error message about dereferencing pointer to incomplete type.
With 3.3, we got:
t.m:2: error: parse error before '{' token
t.m: In function `+[A C:]':
t.m:8: error: dereferencing pointer to incomplete type
