[Bug middle-end/21652] New: [4.1 Regression] g++.dg/other/static11.C fails


FAIL: g++.dg/other/static11.C (test for excess errors)

appeared on mainline, multiple platforms, between 20050517 and 20050518.  Logs
on i686-pc-linux-gnu:
