Below code result in a Segmentation fault. It is my understanding that
initializing arrays and vectors should work identically.
typedef int scalar_t __attribute__((__mode__(__SI__)));
typedef scalar_t vector_t __attribute__((__vector_size__(8)));
const scalar_t a[sizeof(vector_t) / sizeof(scalar_t)] = {};
const vector_t v = {};
