Would it be possible to add a caveat to http://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-3.4/changes.html
saying that users of Boost (on Linux at least) might get linker errors, which
can be avoided by _either_ compiling with -pthread, _or_ defining
BOOST_DISABLE_THREADS ?
I can supply the wording if wanted.
