[Bug optimization/12339] inline assembly is discard when the optimalisation level is enabled

Most likely this bug is invalid as if you do not mark the asm as volatile or use the out 
operand, then GCC is going to get rid of them as they are unneeded. 
Closing as invalid because explaination above (if you use out operand then GCC is 
removing the asm because of other reasons and this bug can be reopened when you 
give the preprocessed source for the bug).
