Yes it can. In case you're wondering why I haven't closed it myself yet...
I tried to use the web form to get GNATS write access, but the was
told "Your identity.pub entry is incorrectly formatted." when I
entered "GNATS access only".
I tried asking Gerald for GNATS write access but the message
bounced for some reason. Just had it returned today.
(A couple of gcc-patches messages I cc:ed to him also bounced.
Anyone else had this problem?)
