Does it work like it is suppose to when my patch is unrolled?
Based on your report, I think not.
I think that your primary problem, FYI, is that to create a
cross-compiler, you must provide more top-level configuration options
than you did. One of them points to where target libraries are
staged. Please read the section of the GCC manual on creating a
cross-compiler for more information.
