Host is i686-pc-linux-gnu. Target is fr30-elf.

Building fr30-elf fails. I've seen this consistently for this
target only, so I think host problems can be ruled out.

Follow <URL:http://gcc.gnu.org/simtest-howto.html>, use
fr30-elf fr30-sim. You might need "--enable-languages=c++,java,objc"
to work around fortran build problems (will report separately).
