Links within <http://gcc.gnu.org/install/specific.html> aren't working,
similarly <http://gcc.gnu.org/install/configure.html#with-gnu-ld> doesn't
jump to the with-gnu-ld entry.
The files contain the href entries for targets within the files but no
`a name="...."' values establishing the targets.
The doc/install.texi from 2001-05-12 contained these references.
