Some of those platforms are uncommon or obsolete. Cygwin is often a good
choice for testing... it's easy to obtain, and sufficiently different from
GNU/Linux and other ELF targets that it tends to expose a lot of build
problems.
Unfortunately not many platforms seem to get testing with gcj. That's a
catch-22: they won't be widely tested until gcj builds by default.
