Nope. Downloading large files is not a reasonable option for me, for
example. I'd much rather have them dropped interactively in my
mailbox. Others may have different opinions, of course :-), but, by
the time I wrote that, I used to be one of the most active bug report
handlers (or so I thought :-), so it was important that the procedure
was convenient for me. These days, I no longer handle that many bug
reports, so those that do could set up a new policy, if the current
one isn't convenient for them.
