I had bene thinking that it would be easier for those involved to just
download the code from the URL I provided. Duh! I resent the message
with the preprocessed code, and now that I've had some sleep it makes
sense.
HOWEVER, this morning, I recevied the following message:
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at sourceware.cygnus.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

So, how do I include the preprocessed code when it is too big? (almost
400K)?
