c++ and loop unrolling

For Gcc-2.95.1 on the info pages it states that C++ and loop-unrolling
may have bugs in it
On the gcc web page there is no mention of thic C++ and loop unrolling
bug
So has it been fixed ?
If not is it a incorrect code bug (BAD) or a compile time bug (so if my
program compiles then it is OK) ?
