Thanks for your bug report. gcc-2.95 says
pbarea.h:52: ANSI C++ forbids declaration `list' with no type
pbarea.h:52: template-id `list<POLYBOOLEAN::BOCTX::TSEL>' used as a declarator
pbarea.h:52: parse error before `;'
[more errors]
so it seems the bug has been fixed.
