bootstrap failure for -Os -march=pentiumpro

The cc1 which is built at stage1 on cygwin or linux-gnulibc1 with -Os or -O2
and -march=pentiumpro is unable to compile _divdi3. The preprocessor output
and the verbose screen output are in attached .gz files. This problem has
existed AFAIK in all snapshots beginning with egcs-19981101, and did not exist
in egcs-19981026 (which was able to build on linux-gnulibc1 with -Os
-march=pentiumpro). If the cc1 is built with -O -march=pentiumpro or -Os
alone, it is able to compile this preprocessor output.
