Thanks for your report. Include the source is a Good Thing (tm). It
would have been even better if you include preprocessor output. If
you compile with --save-temps, it produces a file t.ii which has all
the needed headers included. Sending this file would have been enough.

I've tried this with a current egcs snapshot (2.91.45), and could not
reproduce it here. So there is a good chance that the bug has been
fixed. There is a 1.1 release upcoming, which can't get enough
testing.
