linpackc.c compiled with -O2 -DROLL -DSP -DUNIX:

i386-linux (2xP2/300), gcc-2.7.2.1 (Red Hat Linux 4.2 stock)

Rolled Single  Precision       75.84 Mflops

i386-linux (2xP2/300), egcs-19980707 stock:

Rolled Single  Precision       61.67 Mflops

i386-linux (2xP2/300), egcs-19980707 w/d-loop-13

Rolled Single  Precision       63.07 Mflops

It seems loop13 improves performance slightly, but it's still a huge
regression from gcc-2.7.2.1?
