Minor squabbles with egcs 1.0.2 and 1.0.3a

First is really minor. Running linux 2.0.33, the system has been
upgraded piecemeal over the last 4 years, so this first one may not
apply. For soem reason, I have a /lib/cpp, which make install never
updates. Same with /bin/cpp. Why there should be a cpp in /lib, I
don't know, and /bin/cpp doesn't make a whole lot of sense either. So
that part of my report is probably nothing to do with you, but what
the heck.
The second one is slightly more important. I configure --prefix=/usr,
and make under my own login (felix) rather than root. Make install
(as root, with umask 022) does fine except for
/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i586-pc-linux-gnu/egcs-2.90.29/include, which is left
with owner felix.users mode 700. Everything else is root.root, 755.
Other than that, a very painless make and install. Thanks!
