Yes, the web pages are mostly Jeff Law's work so far, and he doesn't have time
for more than a superficial job on them.
but do you really want ChangeLog entries?
The general FSF policy is that one doesn't write ChangeLog entries for
documentation files, and since all of the web pages are documentation, that
rules seems to cover them all. That doesn't prevent us from having a
ChangeLog file if we really want one though.
Since we do have the CVS log entries, and CVS revision info, we may not
actually need ChangeLog entries.
