I do believe you, honest ;)
But, if I can ak, why?... I seem to remember this comming
up on c.o.hpux, and one of the hp people saying that if
a +z shared lib linked, that was it. It was only if
the link failed that you needed +Z.
Or is there some jump/fix-up table that is set by z/Z pic/PIC
in its size that carries over to the luserland exe?
