Problems with generating g77.info

I had trouble installing the latest egcs snapshot when creating the
g77.info file from the source (g77.texi). There were numerous errors
talking about an undefined @uref command (@uref{http://www.whatever.com}).
I replaced @uref with @url and things went ok from there. There is no
mention of a @uref symbol anywhere in egcs-xxx/texinfo/*.
