Andrey is correct -- the ':' at the end of your LIBRARY path is
the most likely problem.
I thought we had a FAQ entry for this, but I must have lost it when
moving from the old text FAQ to the HTML stuff on the web. I'll see
if I can find Jim's original message which detailed this issue quite
well.

culprit!
